How to Eat Like a Dominican


Boil codfish (that's my mother)


sautee herring in pan. don't forget the onions!


Knead the dough and make circular pieces (my Auntie)



(l) Fry the dough in oil. (r)Boil cocoa


homemade cocoa tea...yum

and de kitchen not just for cooking, nuh. you gotsta get dooooown to some soca and calypso(my brother and mother)
